We own Nordic Hosts together and both take full responsibility for the company, its clients and day-to-day operations.

Who we are
Nordic Hosts I/S is an owner-managed Danish company. We are Tobias and Jonas, and we own the company together. We share full responsibility for clients, properties and day-to-day operations.
This means that the person you speak with is also one of the people responsible for decisions. We want to build Nordic Hosts carefully and responsibly through personal contact, clear agreements and respect for the homes entrusted to us.
We chose an owner-managed model because responsibility should not disappear between departments or changing contacts. When someone writes or calls, it should be clear who is following the matter and who can make a decision. To us, that is an important part of being a smaller company.
Nordic Hosts should develop in a way that keeps personal contact genuine. We would rather explain things precisely, investigate what we do not know and follow up properly than promise more than we can deliver. That is how we would want to meet a company entrusted with a home.

We are Tobias and Jonas. We run Nordic Hosts as equal owners and share responsibility from the first conversation through the ongoing relationship.

We built the company around a simple belief: responsibility for another person’s home should be personal, clear and dependable.
Our mission
We want to make it safe and straightforward to entrust the responsibility for your home to someone else. The owner should know that the property is treated properly and that real people are always available to contact.
Our goal
Our goal is for every owner to know who is responsible, what is happening in the property and whom they can call or write to. Trust should be felt in day-to-day contact, not merely read about on a website.
