In brief
Nordic Hosts uses Google Analytics 4 for analytics. When the relevant IDs are configured, the website may also use Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag for ad measurement. Neither category is activated without the relevant choice in the consent banner.
Strictly necessary functions
The web server and browser may use strictly necessary information to deliver the site securely, remember your cookie choice, protect against misuse and handle the form. These functions are not used for marketing or to follow you across websites.
Google Analytics
After analytics consent, Google Analytics may record page views, campaign parameters and actions such as CTA clicks, form steps, FAQ views, starting and completing the rental estimate and booking. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, free text or lead tokens. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga. Nordic Hosts limits the cookie lifetime to approximately six months and disables Google Signals and ad personalisation in the Analytics setup.
Campaign attribution
After analytics or marketing consent, Nordic Hosts may store the first and latest known campaign touch in the browser for up to 90 days. This may include UTM parameters, landing page, referring domain and, after marketing consent, platform ad-click IDs. The information may be attached to a form submission in HubSpot so we can understand which campaigns create genuine leads.
Marketing measurement
After separate marketing consent, configured tags from Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn may record page views and funnel signals. A completed rental estimate is only sent as a lead or conversion after a server-confirmed form submission, and a booking is only sent after a genuine booking. Advanced matching is not used, and names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, free text and lead tokens are not sent to the platforms.
Consent and withdrawal
You can accept all, choose necessary only, or select analytics and marketing separately. Your choice is stored locally in the browser. You can later open “Cookie settings” and change it. On withdrawal, the website stops future tracking, deletes stored campaign attribution, attempts to delete known tracking cookies from the Nordic Hosts domain and reloads without the withdrawn tag.
Fonts and external content
The website’s fonts and images are delivered from the Nordic Hosts domain. Links to social media and external sources only load the external service when you choose to open the link. The external service’s own rules then apply.
