You can always keep track

The portal does not replace dialogue. It makes agreements, status and finances easier to see and follow up whenever you need them.

From new booking to completed stay

As information is recorded, you can see it in the relevant area of your owner overview. The calendar shows the period, property status gathers preparation and checks, and finances make settlement easier to follow. If something requires your decision, it is handled under the approval scope you agreed.

Owner portal questions

No. The portal gathers your overview, while questions and decisions can still be handled directly with Tobias or Jonas.

The information and reports relevant to your service are reviewed at onboarding. Features are shown only when relevant to your agreement.
