You receive a simple agreement describing what we should do and when you should be contacted.

After an agreed inspection, we bring status, tasks and documentation together, so you do not have to search through scattered messages. If something differs from the agreement, you are contacted and can decide before the next step begins.

Home service questions

No. Home service can be used on its own, for example while you are away, have an empty property or need local assistance.

Minor practical tasks may be included by agreement. When a qualified tradesperson is needed, we coordinate the task within your approved scope.

The contact method and documentation are agreed in advance. Status can be gathered in the owner overview and followed up through direct contact.
