30 days is the starting point
Section 5 of the Danish Summer House Act sets a starting limit of 30 days per calendar year for holiday rental of your own entire year-round home.
70 days requires a reporting intermediary
The limit rises to up to 70 days when rental is arranged exclusively through a business that reports rental income under the relevant reporting rules.
Copenhagen currently states 30/70 days
The City of Copenhagen describes a 30-day starting limit and 70 days when using an intermediary. Danish law allows a municipality to raise the 70-day limit to 100 days only through a published decision.

The statutory limit is not the only rule
Association statutes, house rules, a tenancy agreement or landlord consent may be more restrictive. Check the documents that apply to the specific property.
