How a medium-term arrangement works

Fewer guest turnovers do not make the agreement less important. The period and responsibilities are therefore made clear from the start.

There is no single fixed period on this page. The actual length is agreed based on your dates, the property and the selected tenant.

The 17% including VAT price applies to the described rental management. Your proposal states the specific model and any separate costs.
